  • Align menus with the club's nutritional strategy.
  • Deliver tailored meals that support training demands, recovery and match performance.
  • Produce nutrient‑dense dishes with clear nutritional purpose, including individual adaptations for player and team needs.
  • Implement quality control checkpoints across taste, presentation and nutritional value throughout production and service.
  • Positively influence food culture and player engagement with nutrition.
  • Deliver high‑quality, restaurant‑level service and hospitality within the training ground.

Operational & Financial Leadership:

  • Delegate effectively across the kitchen team to optimise consistency and quality across all programmes.
  • Manage stock control, supplier relationships, ordering and cost efficiency.
  • Control staffing budgets, purchasing and overall kitchen financial performance.
  • Maintain elite standards of hygiene, food safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Attend monthly operational and financial meetings, providing detailed P&L insight.
  • Deliver a high‑quality, nutritious and cost‑efficient food offer for training ground non‑playing staff.

Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 40 hours per week | Including regular evenings and weekends.

What can you bring?

  • Experience within performance, professional sport or athlete‑focused catering environments.
  • Strong understanding of performance nutrition and its practical application in menu and food design.
  • Ability to create globally inspired dishes for a diverse playing group.
  • Technical expertise to execute nutrition strategies while managing operational complexity.
