This role at the Ibrox Restaurant sits within our Stadia division, catering for fans and visitors at prestigious stadiums across the UK. With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client's needs with locally sourced seasonal menus. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.

The Ibrox Restaurant situated in the Blue Sky Lounge @ Ibrox Stadium overlooking the Pitch and iconic landmarks across the Glasgow skyline is recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager for an exciting new project. Reporting into the Venue Director, this presents a unique opportunity to run one of Glasgow's busiest restaurants with untapped potential for growth.

As Restaurant Manager, your role will include:

  • Creating and operating the best restaurant service and ambience in Glasgow
  • Supporting sales growth
  • Menu and event development
  • Controlling costs
  • Ensuring consistently excellent customer service is delivered
  • Managing service standards and staff development
  • Accountability for specific shifts and the full unit in the absence of senior management

Working Pattern: 5 days over 7 / including evenings & weekends / 37.5 hours per week / 7.5 hours per day

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Great leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team in a social environment
  • The ability to communicate at all levels
  • A strong commercial awareness
  • Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as per business needs
