To direct and coordinate strategic projects across a contract or collection of contracts, including general operations, mobilisations, retention initiatives, and other contract-specific work. Maintain high standards of food service and overall performance while maximising efficiency and profitability.
Your key responsibilities as the Project Operations Manager will include:
- Supporting site managers with the development of operational projects and addressing issues as needed.
- Delivering financial targets for projects.
- Ensuring compliance with finance, HR, EMS, and health and safety guidelines at each project.
- Keeping projects on schedule with constructive support to clients and sites to meet expectations.
- Taking accountability for operations or mobilisations where applicable.
Working Pattern: 40 Hours, Mon-Fri
