What you’ll be serving up...

  • As a Casual Bar Team Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to our customers and clients.
  • Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll help ensure our bar service runs smoothly and efficiently, while creating a positive experience for everyone you serve.
  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer needs.
  • Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.
  • Processing cash and card payments accurately using till systems.
  • Checking ID and following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations.
  • Setting up, stocking and replenishing the bar area as required.
  • Maintaining clean, safe and organised bar and service areas.
  • Working effectively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service.
  • Following COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, licensing and company procedures at all times.
