What you’ll be serving up...
- As a Casual Bar Team Member, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent service to our customers and clients.
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you’ll help ensure our bar service runs smoothly and efficiently, while creating a positive experience for everyone you serve.
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a friendly and professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer needs.
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.
- Processing cash and card payments accurately using till systems.
- Checking ID and following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations.
- Setting up, stocking and replenishing the bar area as required.
- Maintaining clean, safe and organised bar and service areas.
- Working effectively as part of a team to deliver a high-quality service.
- Following COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, licensing and company procedures at all times.
