What you'll be doing...
- As a Supervisor in a hospital setting, you will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of catering or hospitality services for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Supervise daily operations within your designated service area.
- Ensure high standards of service delivery, cleanliness, and food hygiene are consistently maintained.
- Lead and support team members with training, task delegation, and shift coordination.
- Ensure compliance with NHS policies, infection prevention controls, and food safety procedures.
- Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and escalate issues where needed.
- Handle customer and patient queries in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and inventory checks as required.
- Work closely with hospital and contractor teams to ensure service excellence and continuous improvement.
