We’re looking for a HRIS Analyst with hands‑on Dayforce experience to support, enhance, and optimise our HR systems. You’ll ensure data accuracy, drive system improvements, and turn people data into actionable insight that supports decision‑making across the organisation. As a key partner to HR, IT, and senior stakeholders, you’ll own system configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives, ideal for someone who enjoys problem‑solving and working at the heart of HR technology.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administer and optimise Dayforce, with a focus on Workforce Management
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing
- Build advanced reporting and dashboards for leadership
- Troubleshoot issues and work with vendors to resolve them
- Train HR users and support process improvements
- Maintain data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | Hybrid working with 3 days from our Macclesfield office and 2 days at home
