As a Lounge Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a premium airport lounge environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest. You will be responsible for managing the team, maintaining service excellence, and driving high standards across all aspects of the lounge.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the lounge, ensuring a premium guest experience
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of lounge hosts and service staff
- Manage staffing, rotas, and performance to maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure all food, beverage, and service areas are consistently presented to a high standard
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure stock levels and quality are maintained
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, proactively resolving any issues
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company policies
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team engagement
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7
