As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting staff throughout your shift. You will act as the first point of contact for both customers and employees, maintaining a safe, efficient, and positive environment.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during your shift
- Support, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure high service standards
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
- Ensure health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are consistently met
- Coordinate staff breaks and shift changes, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed
- Complete daily reports, logs, and handovers to senior management
- Respond to emergencies or incidents and escalate when necessary
Working pattern: Saturday - Sunday 4:45am - 14:00pm | 17 Hours Per Week
