What you'll be doing...

  • As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas.
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards.
  • Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.
  • Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Support training and development of team members.
  • Report operational updates and challenges to management.
