What you’ll be doing… As our Safety Administrator, you'll provide day-to-day support to the Safety & Wellbeing team, ensuring information is accurate, organised, and easily accessible.
Your responsibilities will include
Providing administrative support across the Safety & Wellbeing function.
Maintaining safety records, databases and documentation, ensuring information remains accurate and compliant.
Supporting the administration of incidents, audits, inspections and action tracking.
Preparing reports, presentations, meeting agendas and minutes.
Supporting ongoing Safety & Wellbeing projects and initiatives.
Managing electronic filing systems and maintaining document control.
Assisting with the administration and maintenance of safety management systems.
Liaising with colleagues across the business to gather information and provide updates.
Producing reports and analysing data to support safety performance and business reporting.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 9am - 5:30pm | Hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home

Previous experience in an administrative role.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.

Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, positive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience within a safety, compliance, wellbeing or operational environment would be an advantage, but is not essential.
