What you’ll be doing...

  • Acting as the key purchasing business partner for operational teams
  • Identifying commercial opportunities across the supply chain and helping deliver measurable savings and efficiencies
  • Supporting menu commerciality objectives alongside the Food Strategy Analyst
  • Producing insights and recommendations using Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
  • Building strong relationships with Operations, Sales, Culinary, and Purchasing teams
  • Attending operational and client meetings to present purchasing solutions and best practice
  • Supporting product range management and ensuring business requirements are reflected in purchasing systems
  • Delivering proactive management information and reporting to support business performance
  • Supporting wider strategic and transformational business projects

Working pattern: Monday to Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Hybrid Working

Maternity contract: Until the end of March 2027
