As an Airport Lounge Hospitality Supervisor at Leeds Bradford Airport, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within a fast-paced lounge environment, welcoming and assisting hundreds of passengers daily, including weekends and peak travel periods.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supervising the day-to-day operation of the airport lounges to ensure outstanding guest service at all times.
- Working flexibly across operational hours between 3:00am and 8:30pm during summer months, and 3:00am to 5:00pm during winter months.
- Responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Maintaining the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organisation across all front-of-house areas and equipment.
