What you'll be doing...
- Lead the day-to-day operations of a premium airport lounge environment, ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
- Manage the team, maintaining service excellence, and driving high standards across all aspects of the lounge.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient operation of the lounge, ensuring a premium guest experience.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of lounge hosts and service staff.
- Manage staffing, rotas, and performance to maintain operational efficiency.
- Ensure all food, beverage, and service areas are consistently presented to a high standard.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to ensure stock levels and quality are maintained.
- Monitor and respond to guest feedback, proactively resolving any issues.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and company policies.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team engagement.
