  • Inspiring, motivating and managing teams across multiple locations to achieve outstanding performance
  • Managing budgets effectively, identifying opportunities to drive financial growth and maximise profitability
  • Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders while maintaining clear and effective communication across all sites
  • Producing management reports and working collaboratively with clients to deliver innovative, customer-focused menu solutions
  • Ensuring full compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety legislation, environmental policies and all relevant legal requirements
  • Promoting a culture of safety, wellbeing and duty of care for both customers and colleagues
