Join us as an HR Business Partner – Education (FTC) and play a key role in shaping a positive people experience across our education client groups. In this varied, hands-on role, you\’ll take a consultative and personalised approach to all aspects of HR — from supporting employee relations to delivering meaningful initiatives that enhance every stage of the employee journey. Working as a true generalist, you\’ll help attract, engage, develop, and recognise our teams, all while contributing to the broader UK and Group HR strategy.

This is a fixed term opportunity starting as soon as possible up until the end of August 2025. This is a remote role with travel required to support business needs.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coach and upskill Line Managers and Operators on employee relations and HR practices.
- Manage complex ER issues, TUPE transfers, and tribunal cases with legal support.
- Lead HR Plan delivery and promote key pillars: Engagement, Development, Communication, Employer Brand, and Culture.
- Partner with stakeholders and Sales to align HR solutions with business needs and support mobilisations.
- Collaborate with L&D and Talent teams to drive the People Vision and deliver impactful training.
- Deliver monthly ER training and company-wide HR sessions to build capability.
- Contribute to HR strategy through cross-functional projects and proactive engagement.
- Attend Ops Meetings to drive HR initiatives and address business concerns.
