Lexington Independents is seeking a Hospitality Supervisor to join our team! We are looking for a Supervisor to lead the day-to-day running of the hospitality department. We cater anything from breakfasts, lunches, evening canape functions and fine dining dinners, so experience is essential. You will work closely with the manager and chef team on site and at times will interact with senior partners and clients.
Candidates that are shortlisted for this role will be required to have previous experience and two suitable references.
Job Description
As a Hospitality Supervisor, you will proactively supervise catering teams on site as well as recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Lexington UK, our customers and clients.
Responsibilities:
- Motivating and managing a team
- Controlling and managing a budget
- Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
Working Pattern: 40hrs Mon - Fri (Shifts between 7.30am - 6.00pm)

As part of your package, we are offering a salary up to £31,000 per annum. There is an opportunity for overtime, working the evening functions we manage on site. This is at rate 1.5.
