We're hiring an exceptional Head Chef to lead the culinary operation at Rangers Football Club's Training Ground . This is a rare and exciting opportunity to support winning teams through an elite food environment, where nutrition plays a critical role in performance, recovery and long-term health.
The aim of the role is to maximise player performance through high-quality, nutritious food delivered in team-centred dining environments. We're looking for someone credible, creative and deeply knowledgeable in sports nutrition catering - someone who understands that elite performance requires precision, purpose and innovation in every dish .
You will lead a highly skilled kitchen team, oversee all daily operations, and manage financial controls related to staffing, purchasing and stock. Working in close collaboration with Rangers FC performance staff, you will use nutrition strategically to design and deliver food programmes tailored to the demands of elite-level players.
