What you'll be doing...
- As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards.
- Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support training and development of team members.
- Report operational updates and challenges to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Working Pattern: 5 Days Out Of 7 | 37.5 Hours Per Week
