As a Sous Chef you will have plenty of responsibility and opportunity to grow in your role, becoming a critical member of our team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the food is to the highest standard
- Keeping the kitchen and service area always clean, well-presented, and well-stocked
- Keeping up to date with menus and what food is on offer
- Offering a warm and friendly service
- Ensuring COSHH, Food Safety, and Health & Safety are followed
Working Pattern: Monday-Thursday 7:00am - 3:30pm, Friday 7:00am - 12:00pm
