What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the day‑to‑day operations of kiosks, bars and retail concessions across Easter Road
  • Leading, motivating and developing the team on matchdays and non‑event days
  • Overseeing stock management, ordering and merchandising to maximise sales
  • Ensuring top‑tier customer service and smooth, efficient operations
  • Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and food hygiene
  • Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to deliver brilliant fan experiences
  • Using performance data and insights to continuously improve operations

Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days

  • Proven experience in a catering management or supervisory role
