What you’ll be doing:
- Managing the day‑to‑day operations of kiosks, bars and retail concessions across Easter Road
- Leading, motivating and developing the team on matchdays and non‑event days
- Overseeing stock management, ordering and merchandising to maximise sales
- Ensuring top‑tier customer service and smooth, efficient operations
- Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and food hygiene
- Working closely with the hospitality and events teams to deliver brilliant fan experiences
- Using performance data and insights to continuously improve operations
