What you'll be doing… As a Front of House Assistant, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our guests at Murrayfield.
Whether you're working as a Waiter or Bartender, you'll be part of a team delivering exceptional hospitality across matchdays, conferences and events.
Deliver friendly, professional and efficient service to guests.
Take and serve food and drink orders accurately and confidently.
Provide guests with information about menus, drinks and special offers.
Set up and clear down service areas, ensuring they are clean, organised and well-presented.
Work as part of a large team to deliver smooth service during busy events.
Operate tills and handle payments accurately, where required.
Follow COSHH, Food Safety, Health & Safety and licensing procedures at all times.
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for every guest.
