Working Pattern: Monday to Friday | 40 Hours Per Week Salary: Based On Experience Job ID: 7616 What you'll be serving up… As an Events Designer, you'll combine creativity, commercial awareness and a passion for exceptional hospitality to design, sell and deliver memorable event experiences. From rugby hospitality, football fixtures and concerts to bespoke corporate and private events, you'll create tailored proposals and packages that bring client visions to life while driving revenue growth and exceeding customer expectations. Manage inbound event enquiries, creating bespoke proposals, hospitality packages and event concepts tailored to client requirements Use your creativity to help clients visualise unique event experiences, showcasing hospitality offerings, event spaces and food and drink experiences Drive revenue growth by converting enquiries, retaining existing accounts, identifying upselling opportunities and securing repeat business Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, partners and key stakeholders to develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities Plan and coordinate events from enquiry through to delivery, ensuring every event is executed to the highest standards and exceeds client expectations Collaborate with venue teams and external partners to deliver safe, innovative and memorable events Support the development of new hospitality experiences, packages and campaigns by identifying market trends and generating fresh ideas Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements to deliver the best outcomes for both clients and the business Maintain accurate CRM records, event data and sales activity, ensuring compliance and reporting standards are met Monitor budgets, profitability and customer feedback, identifying opportunities to improve service, enhance future events and maximise revenue Support the development and adherence of sales and event processes to ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience Produce regular sales, event performance and customer feedback reports, providing recommendations to support continuous improvement The ingredients you'll bring... Experience within event sales, event planning, hospitality or a venue-based environment Proven ability to convert enquiries into business while delivering revenue growth and account development Strong event planning and project management skills, with experience coordinating events from enquiry through to successful delivery Creative flair with the ability to design innovative hospitality experiences, event concepts and bespoke client packages Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the confidence to build lasting client relationships Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, profitability and revenue opportunities Experience managing client, agent and partner relationships to drive repeat business and maximise account growth Proficiency using CRM and event management systems to maintain accurate records, reporting and customer data Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple events, priorities and stakeholder relationships simultaneously A proactive, customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional events and memorable experiences
