What you'll be doing... As a Casual Bar Staff member, you'll play an important role in creating a memorable experience for our supporters and guests by:

  • Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Providing exceptional customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Processing cash and card payments using till systems.
  • Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.
  • Checking ID and following Challenge 25 and licensing regulations.
  • Setting up, stocking and replenishing bar areas before, during and after events.
  • Maintaining clean, safe and organised work areas.
  • Working as part of a supportive hospitality team to deliver excellent service across all matchdays and events.
  • Following food safety, health & safety and company procedures at all times.

Working pattern: Matchdays and events, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays as required.

Hourly rate: In line with National Minimum Wage (depending on age)
