As a Catering Supervisor, you will proactively supervise catering teams on site as well as recruit, induct, train, and support colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customers and clients.

  • Motivating and managing a team
  • Providing warm, friendly service and engaging with customers to ensure a positive dining experience
  • Controlling and managing a budget
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison to enable operational excellence
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and service areas
  • The ability to cook and assist with food preparation, assembling dishes, and maintaining well-stocked food stations
  • Assisting during busy periods, special events, or across different stations as required

Working Pattern: 18 hours per week | varied working days - primarily 6.5 hour shifts | alternative weekends | hours between 7:30am and 7:30pm

Salary: £12,870.00 (£13.75 per hour)
