What you'll be doing:
- Ensure client queries are answered promptly and professionally
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of all front-of-house areas and equipment
- Ensure that there is a thorough understanding of all menus and wines
- Liaise with the kitchen team and conduct a team briefing to ensure the business runs effectively
- Be the first point of contact for hospitality, lead and organise evening events
- To manage compliance of COSHH, food safety, and health and safety regulations
- Assist the contract manager with maintaining hospitality booking processes, stock management and monthly bookwork
Working Pattern: Monday - Thursday | 07:30am - 3:00pm | 32 hours per week
This is a great role for seeking further progression and experience within contract catering.
