Elior UK is recruiting a commercially focused Sales Manager to drive the growth of the Conference & Events business at QPR’s MATRADE Loftus Road Stadium. This role is responsible for generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and maximising venue utilisation across corporate meetings, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, and private events. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the sales pipeline and play a key role in revenue growth.

What you'll do...

  • Business Development
    • Proactively generate new leads through outbound sales, networking, and market research
    • Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow conference and events revenue
    • Identify and target key market sectors including corporate, public sector, and agencies
    • Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings using a consultative approach
    • Build pipeline to achieve and exceed targets
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Manage and grow existing client accounts
    • Conduct venue tours and client meetings
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals
    • Ups production services, and event packages
    • Maintain excellent client relationships to drive repeat business
    • Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns
    • Monitor competitor venues and market trends
    • Contribute to pricing strategy and package development
    • Track performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Internal Collaboration
    • Work with operations teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed events
    • Attend key events to support clients and build relationships
    • Gather client feedback to improve venue offering
