We have an exciting opportunity for you to join the team as a Commercial Analyst at our Central London office!
You will support the optimisation of, and analyse the performance of commercial initiatives across the business to maximise sales and profit for Elior.

What you\âll be doingâŚ
Assist the Commercial Optimisation Manager in analysing commercial initiatives and implementing changes.
Develop strong relationships with operations, finance, and IT teams.
Optimize the analysis process to identify improvement opportunities and report on key metrics.
Present performance, recommendations, and strategy to senior teams.
Collaborate with menu management and operations teams for effective information flow.
Essential Experience and Knowledge
Proficient in Excel / pivot tables for data analysis and manipulation.
High attention to detail for organising data for senior stakeholders.
Experience managing information databases and reporting processes.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a creative problemâsolving approach.
Experience with crossâfunctional data assimilation and project implementation to improve customer experience.
