As a Cleaning Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our cleaning team, ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, motivating your team, and supporting the delivery of excellent service.
- Supervise and lead a team of 10 cleaning staff
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner
- Carry out training and ongoing development of team members
- Monitor performance and provide support where needed
- Maintain quality control through regular checks and feedback
- Identify and resolve issues proactively
- Carry out administrative tasks such as ordering and maintaining stock levels
- Ensure compliance with COSHH and Health & Safety regulations
Working pattern:
Monday - Thursday: 12:00 to 20:00
Friday: 12:00 to 19:30 (Includes 30-minute unpaid break each day)
