What you'll be doing...

- Support the preparation, presentation, and replenishment of food and beverages.
- Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-presented, and stocked at all times.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
- Adhere to all company policies, including Health and Safety regulations.
