What you'll be doing...

As a Cafe Assistant Manager, you will support the Cafe Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service to Elior UK, and efficient management of cafe activities.

Assist the Cafe Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service during shifts, and maintaining high standards of customer care Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure quality control of inventory.

This includes generating purchase orders and following up on deliveries Ensure a welcoming atmosphere, address customer inquiries and complaints, and foster a community-oriented environment Maintain accurate records of inventory, staff performance, and operational procedures.
