Join our team! We are looking for a Brand Manager to join the team here at Elior. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Elior stays market-leading by creating and refreshing brands, concepts, and campaigns, while partnering with third parties to deliver innovative, commercially viable brand partnerships that drive new bids, sales, and margin growth in existing sites.

Main Duties:

  • Create and launch innovative brands and sub-brands from design, food, and marketing perspectives.
  • Develop and manage brand partnerships, working with stakeholders to bring new brands, chefs, concepts, and products to market.
  • Prepare marketing briefs for the food development team, including competitor analysis and trends.
  • Deliver creative briefs to agencies for branding and point of sale.
  • Manage relationships with creative, print, and research agencies, ensuring timely and budget-friendly execution.
  • Create central campaigns to drive sales, coordinating with marketing managers for an annual plan.
  • Oversee project management and implementation of concepts/campaigns across teams.
  • Ensure proposals add commercial value, adjusting where needed.
  • Maintain brand materials, including standards and matrices.
  • Regularly monitor competitor activity for new opportunities.
  • Keep internal and external collateral updated.
  • Provide insights for sales and retention teams, supporting bids and presentations.
  • Coordinate third-party photography for optimized customer-facing collateral.
