  • Ensuring innovative and high-quality food and hospitality presentation throughout the venue.
  • Maintaining full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, COSHH, environmental policies, and company procedures.
  • Taking ownership of operational risk management and ensuring a safe environment for customers, colleagues, and contractors.

What can you bring?

  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role within hospitality, stadia, conferencing, events, or large-scale catering environments.
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and delivering profitable growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-pressure operational environments.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.

  • A leadership style built on integrity, fairness, collaboration, and trust.
