We are currently looking for an Assistant Management Accounts Manager to join our team in our Macclesfield office under a hybrid working arrangement. In this role, you'll support the management accounts team by preparing accurate financial information to aid business decision-making, assisting in producing management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, helping to drive financial performance and control.

What you'll be doing...
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and detailed variance analysis
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Collaborate with operational teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Assist in maintaining internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting policies
- Help coordinate audits and respond to audit queries
- Support and mentor junior finance team members
Working pattern: Monday - Friday | Hybrid
