As a Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations, support your team, and ensure excellent customer service and smooth running of the Restaurant/Café/Lounge areas.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver high standards
- Monitor and maintain quality, hygiene, and safety procedures
- Manage staff scheduling and daily tasks
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
- Support training and development of team members
- Report operational updates and challenges to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £27,453 per annum
