What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Cafe Manager in daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service to Elior UK, and efficient management of cafe activities.
- Assist the Cafe Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service during shifts, and maintaining high standards of customer care.
- Manage stock levels, place orders with suppliers, and ensure quality control of inventory, including generating purchase orders and following up on deliveries.
- Ensure a welcoming atmosphere, address customer inquiries and complaints, and foster a community-oriented environment.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, staff performance, and operational procedures. Inform management of any significant changes involving staff.
- Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7 | 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28k per annum
