What you’ll be doing…

  • Proactively supervise catering teams on site as well as recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high‑quality service.
  • Motivating and managing a team.
  • Providing warm, friendly service and engaging with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Controlling and managing a budget.
  • Accountable for ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence.
  • Accountable for COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues.
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness in kitchen and service areas.
  • The ability to cook and assisting with food preparation, assembling dishes, and maintaining well‑stocked food stations.
  • Assisting during busy periods, special events, or across different stations as required.

Working Pattern: 18 hours per week | varied working days – primarily 6.5 hour shifts | alternative weekends | hours between 7:30am and 7:30pm.
