Role Summary
As Resourcing Manager, you will lead Lexington’s recruitment strategy and manage the Client Support Team (CST). Your focus is on building a strong talent pipeline, delivering efficient staffing solutions, and supporting operational excellence through strategic hiring and resource planning. You\'ll work closely with hiring managers, building strong relationships with operational teams and becoming their trusted go-to partner, as well as the People Team and Elior UK, to ensure top-tier talent acquisition and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to anticipate and meet staffing needs.
- Lead and refine the end-to-end recruitment process to deliver a smooth, engaging candidate experience.
- Build talent pipelines by directly sourcing candidates and managing job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
- Develop and post targeted job adverts to attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with Elior UK’s T&R team to improve the candidate journey and careers website.
- Manage third-party agency relationships and oversee recruitment-related partnerships (e.g., colleges, job fairs).
- Produce recruitment metrics (time to hire, agency spend, salary benchmarking) for leadership reporting.
- Support mobilisation/demobilisation efforts by ensuring timely recruitment of appropriate talent.
Client Support Team (CST) Management
- Work closely with site managers to understand and meet day-to-day and long-term staffing needs.
- Build strong working relationships with site teams (Site Managers, Head Chefs, Operations).
- Oversee temp cover, permanent recruitment, and support mobilisations/demobilisations.
- Recruit, train, and develop a flexible, high-performing CST workforce aligned with business demands.
- Oversee Staffing Managers to ensure team engagement, motivation, and compliance with processes (e.g., TT2, Thrive).
- Analyse trends and scale CST operations for efficiency and growth.
- Set and review performance objectives for the CST regularly.
- Lead CST financial planning and reporting: P&L, budget forecasting, labour cost management.
- Produce regular performance reports (e.g., bookings, recharge accuracy, cost transfers).
- Ensure CST operates within budget while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Operational Excellence
- Promote strong team communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Attend internal meetings (HR, CST, operations) and represent recruitment at a senior level.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and company standards (H&S, COSHH, Food Safety).
- Drive succession planning to develop and retain talent across the business.
Experience & Skills
- Proven recruitment experience (internal or agency), ideally in high-volume and specialist hiring.
- Experience managing or leading teams in a staffing or operations environment.
- Strong sourcing skills using digital tools and ATS platforms.
- Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Financial literacy: budgeting, P&L ownership, performance reporting.
- Proficient in managing multiple demands and driving change initiatives.
Desirable: Experience in hospitality operations or project mobilisation
