What you’ll be doing… As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and supporting a team to ensure effective day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in motivating team members, managing performance, and ensuring tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with company goals.
- Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve performance targets and service standards
- Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Act as the first point of contact for team queries, guidance, and problem-solving
- Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback and coaching where needed
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Promote a positive, collaborative working environment
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and relevant regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
- Communicate effectively with other teams, departments, or external partners as needed
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 6:30am-2:30pm, Friday 6:45am to 12:45pm
