What you’ll be doing:
- Prepare and cook fresh meals in line with menus and standards
- Supervise and support the kitchen team during daily service
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness are maintained
- Manage stock, deliveries, and basic kitchen administration
