Monday - Friday, Hours between 8:00am - 2:00pm (plus extra time for travel) 35 Hours Per Week, Term Time Only. £15.00 per hour.

What you’ll be doing… We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Mobile Chef to join our Education Catering team. As a Mobile Chef, you’ll take the lead in preparing and serving fresh, nutritious meals to pupils, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. You’ll be the Head Chef on-site, supported by 1–3 catering assistants, depending on the school’s size.

  • Prepare, cook, and serve between 50–200 meals per day, depending on the site.
  • Lead, motivate, and support your kitchen team to deliver excellent service.
  • Travel between schools to provide chef cover where needed (mileage paid).
  • Deliver meals that meet both nutritional and school standards.
