With matchdays, concerts, conferences, and banquets to be catered for, our specialist teams are experts in adapting to our client\’s needs with locally sourced seasonal menu\’s. At the heart of the matchday experience, we bring choice, quality, and value for money to some of the most prestigious sports venues across the UK.
What You’ll Be Doing…
As a Meet & Greet Welcome Host, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, creating a positive and professional first impression. Whether you\’re welcoming clients, guests, or staff, you’ll ensure every interaction is warm, efficient, and memorable.
Greeting all visitors in a friendly, professional, and approachable manner
Providing clear directions or assistance to guests and ensuring they feel valued and at ease
Managing visitor logs, passes, or check-in processes where required
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming reception or entrance area
Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless visitor experiences
Responding to inquiries or resolving minor issues, escalating when necessary
Following company policies, including Health & Safety and security procedures
Working Pattern: As and when required
