What you’ll be doing…
- Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of baked goods to high standards, ensuring quality, freshness, and consistency.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets and maintain a clean, safe working environment.
- Prepare doughs, batters, and fillings according to recipes.
- Operate ovens and other baking equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality.
- Decorate and finish baked goods as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery.
- Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control.
- Follow health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the bakery team to meet production deadlines.
