Please note this role is fixed term until 30th September 2026, although there may be the opportunity for it to become permanent subject to business needs.
As a Recruitment Advisor, you will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across a range of roles, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. You will act as a trusted partner, advising on sourcing strategies, promoting best practice, and supporting workforce planning to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs and advise on best sourcing approaches
- Create compelling job adverts and post roles across appropriate channels
- Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage feedback and selection processes
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate journey
- Support internal mobility, talent pipelines, and succession planning activities
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, right-to-work legislation, and GDPR
- Analyse recruitment data to identify trends and improve hiring performance
Working pattern: Monday - Friday
