This is a pivotal role within a fast‑moving recruitment function, supporting both Head Office and site‑based hiring. You’ll be someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates clearly, and enjoys working with data to improve recruitment outcomes. If you thrive in an environment, enjoy juggling multiple priorities, and like thinking beyond “how it’s always been done”, this role will suit you well.

What you’ll be doing...

  • Posting, optimising, and managing job adverts across multiple platforms in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Taking ownership of the company’s Glassdoor and Indeed company pages, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned to our employer brand.
  • Monitoring reviews, insights, and analytics across Glassdoor and Indeed, using data to suggest improvements to attraction and candidate experience.
  • Coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all recruitment enquiries via the careers inbox and phoneline.
  • Producing end‑to‑end recruitment reports, including metrics, analysis, and insights using Excel.
  • Creating graphs, tables, and data summaries to share recruitment trends with the wider business.
  • Managing relationships with external job boards and social media platforms, tracking application flow and performance.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, ways of working, and how we attract candidates, bringing ideas and solutions to the team.
  • Supporting recruitment projects and contributing to continuous improvement across the Talent & Resourcing team.

Working pattern: Monday to Friday | Hybrid working | 37.5 hours per week

What can you bring?

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks without compromising accuracy or attention to detail.
  • High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with confidence producing reports, analysis, and data visualisations.
  • Clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for detail.
  • Confidence to take ownership of platforms such as Glassdoor and Indeed, using insight and initiative to improve how we present ourselves as an employer.
  • A proactive mindset — you don’t wait to be asked, you spot issues, suggest improvements, and think about how things can be done better.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective working relationships with candidates, managers, and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
  • A collaborative, reliable approach and a genuine commitment to delivering high‑quality, well‑thought‑through work.
