Lexington Catering is looking for an experienced and proactive Resourcing Manager to lead and develop our recruitment strategy across our diverse portfolio of catering and hospitality contracts. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about attracting exceptional people.

As a Resourcing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality support services across the organisation. You’ll lead a team to ensure user needs are met efficiently and effectively, driving performance, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service. You will be responsible for shaping and delivering Lexington’s resourcing agenda and leading the Client Support Team to support business growth, operational excellence, and workforce sustainability.

Strategic resourcing leadership:
  • Lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of an end-to-end resourcing strategy that supports Lexington’s operational and commercial objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand current and future workforce requirements, translating business needs into effective recruitment plans.
  • Ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process across the business, with a strong focus on candidate experience, stakeholder engagement and delivery outcomes.
  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping and proactive engagement strategies, strengthening Lexington’s position as an employer of choice.
  • Oversee the effective use of the applicant tracking system, job boards and LinkedIn sourcing activity, ensuring recruitment campaigns are well targeted, brand aligned and commercially effective.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with stakeholders across leadership, operations, and support functions to ensure resourcing remains visible, connected and aligned to wider business priorities.
  • Promote a user-focused culture of responsiveness, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Lead or contribute to projects involving new tools, processes, or service enhancements.
  • Lead the Client Support Team as a strategically important operational function, ensuring it delivers a responsive, agile, and high-quality service to Lexington, Elior UK and clients.
  • Provide clear leadership, direction, and support to Staffing Managers, creating a high-performance culture centred on accountability, engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen relationships between the Client Support Team and operational stakeholders, including site managers, head chefs, Operations Managers, and directors, to support effective workforce deployment and service delivery.
Commercial and financial accountability:
  • Take ownership of the financial performance of the Client Support Team, supporting sustainable growth through effective budget management, cost control and resource planning.
  • Prepare the annual business plan, including operating budgets, labour cost analysis, recruitment spend and profit and loss considerations.
  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reporting for senior management, providing clear analysis, operational insight and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Use data and reporting to drive commercial decisions, improve efficiency and support delivery against business targets.
Operational governance and leadership:
  • Ensure the Client Support Team operates in line with Lexington and Elior UK standards, with strong governance, clear communication, and a consistent focus on service quality.
  • Maintain effective communication rhythms across the team and wider stakeholder group, including regular meetings, reporting, and leadership engagement.
  • Ensure operational activity is compliant with all relevant health and safety, legal, environmental and duty of care requirements.
  • Manage and lead the day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues.
  • Monitor team performance and service levels, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex or high-priority support requests.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with strong leadership skills.
  • Experience recruiting within high-end hospitality, contract catering is highly desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills.
