Working closely together with our clients, we provide a bespoke, sophisticated and first-class concierge-style service that reflects the environment expected by our client's community.

What you'll be doing:

  • The effective management of the Reception services.
  • Providing support and guidance in the efficient and professional provision of reception, switchboard, helpdesk, administration and security services.
  • Lead by example to provide a customer-focused reception service through the reception and security teams.
  • Maintain health and safety standards in line with company policy.
  • Organise schedules to ensure sufficient coverage, particularly during peak periods, and monitor the performance and appearance of all reception staff.
  • Ensure all reception staff are dressed in the correct uniform and that their appearance enhances the business image.
  • Foster cooperation and helpfulness with all other departments.
  • Enhance skills and knowledge through ongoing training and development, benefiting yourself, the staff, and the customers.

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday. 8 hours per day with 1 hour of unpaid lunch.
