Based onsite at our Bishops Avenue residence, we are seeking a Restaurant Manager to ensure that every event delivers a seamless, memorable guest experience while maintaining operational efficiency, quality standards, and profitability.

Working Pattern: 2 days out of 7 | 10:00am - 8:00pm | 20 hours per week. This position is eligible for a performance‐based bonus in addition to base compensation. Bonus amounts and payout timing are determined by individual performance, achievement of team and company goals, and overall business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion a resident‐first culture, ensuring every interaction reflects warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Professionally and promptly manage incoming enquiries via phone and email, following up and driving them through to resolution.
  • Anticipate client and guest needs, resolving issues discreetly and proactively.
  • Gather client and guest feedback to continuously enhance the overall experience.
  • Conduct site show rounds for prospective clients, families, and partners.
  • Conduct menu tastings and work closely with clients to tailor events to their expectations.
  • Identify and develop marketing and promotional opportunities to enhance event uptake and brand awareness.
  • Maintain consistently high service standards aligned with brand and hospitality expectations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute catering services for events including corporate functions, conferences, and social events.
  • Oversee event setup, service flow, and breakdown to ensure flawless execution.
  • Collaborate with culinary, sales, and event teams to deliver cohesive and timely service.
  • Ensure menus, service styles, and event details align with client expectations and brand standards.

  • A strong customer service ethos with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences.
  • A BSc/BA in PR, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
