Working closely together with our clients we provide a bespoke, sophisticated and first-class concierge‑style service that reflects the environment expected by our client’s community.
What you’ll be doing…
- Provide a world‑class, client‑facing Front of House service.
- Proactively anticipate our client needs at all stages of the customer journey.
- Welcome visitors, manage queues, check IDs, issue passes, and escort VIPs.
- Ensure seamless coordination with Reception and Security to deliver a five‑star service.
- Sign in visitors, direct guests, and complete daily handovers.
- Manage Tour Guides, their parties, and the VIP diary.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the Concourse Reception, report issues, and ensure follow‑up.
- Issue forgotten passes and ensure good housekeeping standards are met.
- Manage the cloakroom, issue lockers, maintain records, and ensure cleanliness.
- Set up and support functions and meeting rooms, including AV requirements.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, based on 40 hours per week.
