What you’ll be doing…

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations during your shift
  • Support, motivate, and supervise team members to ensure high service standards
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
  • Ensure health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards are consistently met
  • Coordinate staff breaks and shift changes, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed
  • Complete daily reports, logs, and handovers to senior management
  • Respond to emergencies or incidents and escalate when necessary
