We're looking for a proactive

Digital Implementation Coordinator to play a key role in delivering innovative technology solutions across our Premium B&I portfolio.

This is a hands‑on, field-based role where you'll spend most of your time supporting technology implementations at client sites, ensuring new digital solutions are delivered seamlessly and provide an outstanding experience for both clients and customers.

  • As our

Digital Implementation Coordinator , you'll support the successful delivery of technology projects and site mobilisations from start to finish.

Working closely with internal teams, clients and third‑party suppliers, you'll ensure every implementation is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of technology projects and site mobilisations.
  • Delivering technology implementations across client sites, including pre‑launch training, team engagement and go‑live support.
  • Coordinating suppliers, stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and helping to keep projects on track.
  • Producing and maintaining accurate project documentation and handover information for the Service Delivery team.
  • Providing on‑site support and resolving issues during high‑profile implementations.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues across the business.
  • Gathering insights and data to support reports, business cases and future technology improvements.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve mobilisation processes and customer technology solutions.

Working Pattern

  • Monday to Friday | 9am - 5:30pm | Field based role

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable and enjoys working with people just as much as technology.

  • Experience supporting technology projects or implementations within a multi-site environment.
  • Previous project administration or project support experience.
  • A proven ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and deliver successful technology solutions.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Experience producing reports, project documentation and business papers.
  • An understanding of mobile apps, EPOS systems and payment technologies.
  • Knowledge of networking technologies such as Wi‑Fi, LAN and VPN (desirable).
  • Experience working with third‑party technology providers and suppliers.
